Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, logo, design and other material on this site are owned by Dr Esther Marloth or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. The book A Complete Guide to Identify and Support Barriers to Learning and its cover are likewise protected. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission;
• use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with its operation or security;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;

4. Buying the book

The book is sold through independent third-party retailers such as Takealot, Amazon and Everand. When you follow a purchase link you leave this site and your order is handled entirely by that retailer under their terms, pricing, availability, delivery and returns policies. We are not the seller in those transactions and are not responsible for them. For school or bulk orders arranged directly with us, specific terms will be agreed with you in writing.
